Honda has launched the Dio 125 X-Edition, a new variant of its sporty 125cc scooter, priced at Rs 87,733 (ex-showroom, Delhi). It's based on the Standard variant and mainly focuses on updated aesthetics. Honda has focused on giving the Dio 125 a fresher and more eye-catching appearance, especially for younger buyers.
What’s New
The biggest update on the Honda Dio 125 X-Edition is its new colour scheme, called the Pearl Siren Blue and Pearl Deep Ground Gray. The apron and the side panels now come in a combination of dark blue and silver, which gives the scooter a more premium look. These panels are further highlighted by bold graphics that add to the scooter’s sporty feel. Another standout element here are the bright orange alloy wheels. They create a strong contrast against the body colours, and instantly make the scooter look more energetic and fun.
The X-Edition is based on the Standard variant of the Honda Dio 125, hence it gets features like a 4.2-inch TFT instrument console , however, this console misses out on smartphone connectivity, and other connected features.
Apart from these visual updates, the design of the scooter remains the same as the standard Dio 125. This isn’t really a drawback, as the Dio has always been known for its youthful and sporty styling. With its sharp body lines, and compact stance, the Dio range has consistently appealed to riders who want a stylish scooter. The X-Edition simply builds on this familiar design and gives it a fresh twist.

It is smooth to ride we can enjoy while riding it. Choosing a scooter is a matter of trust, and for me, that trust lies with the Honda brand. I ultimately choose the Dio 125 specifically because it had a good engine comparing to other rivals and the maintenance is also cheap . Because it's japanese company it is pretty reliable and can consider for long rides . I am owner of a all generation of the honda dio series this is my 4th honda dio .. so far this is the best dio so far because they have given the honda grazia engine to it by doing some calibrations . I had two choices which was this and tvs ntorq the ntorq Laks in refinement , reliability and good service that' the reason I have moved to a japanese brand and iam very much satisfied comfort is excellent. The seat is wide and supportive, making daily commutes very easy on the back.Both the rider and the pillion get wide, well-padded seats, contributing to excellent overall comfort on longer commutes.i even travel kerala to Chennai on a single day with this with multiple stops ... It's still holds no problem If you are a daily commuter but you want to have a sporty plus reliable scooter go for this and cheap in maintenance too , you don't have to think about the the engine because it's honda and you can trust this scooter. It even has all the features like tft display disk brakes at the front and a good cvt gearbox. The only cons would be the headlights it's completely useless on places other than city.Read More
