2026 Hero Xtreme 250R: New Colours Explained
For 2026, it received a new Carbon variant, which packs lots of new features and of course, new colours

The Hero Xtreme 250R was recently updated and launched on 16th October, 2026. Now it has two variants, the base model (Rs 1,84,000 ex-showroom Delhi) remains unchanged and unnamed, while the new variant is called Carbon (Rs 1,98,000 ex-showroom Delhi). This is the variant that sees lots of feature updates, and also comes in three new colours. Here’s the best one that would suit you:
Carbon Black

Carbon Black at first glance might seem understated, just like most black coloured bikes but it isn’t the case here. The tank, bodywork and tank shrouds use a mix of matt and glossy black with a touch of carbon fibre-like finish. The bright golden-yellow USD fork immediately catches your eye, while the lighter tinted golden-bronze on the wheels and the engine casing adds proper premium quotient. This is the one for those who like to keep things subtle.
Carbon Red

Carbon Red is the most sporty looking colour, mainly because of the vibrant vivid red paint scheme. The loud red colour is complimented by the equally bright golden-yellow USD fork. The exposed chassis, engine, wheels and seat are finished in a relatively more subtle matt dark grey and black. This shade is ideal for those who like sportiness but also don’t want something too loud.
Carbon White

And we saved the best for the last: the Carbon White. This is our favourite colour of the three as it gets many hues of different shades. And not to forget those white coloured wheels! The hot red accents on the tank shrouds, tail section, tank extensions, headlight and front mudguard, along with glittery silver tank shroud and headlight casing makes it look like a proper style statement. Hero made sure that it is eye-catching for sure, be it while it’s parked or passing by. Naturally, it will suit those looking for unapologetic style.
