BREAKING: Keeway Teases New Streetfighter For India

And it will be here in just two days!

Keeway India has teased the launch of a new streetfighter in India. The 11-second clip says that the bike will be here in two more days, which means it’ll be launched on Thursday (September 15). 

As seen in the video, the upcoming bike gets an aggressive fascia. Its sharp tank extensions and body panels accentuate the sporty appeal and the bike gets a gold-finished inverted fork too. 

Along with an LED headlight, the teaser shows that the upcoming naked bike gets a small windscreen with LED indicators mounted on it. Keeway’s sister company, QJ Motors, sells the SRK 350 globally and its design seems somewhat similar to the bike Keeway has teased. While the SRK350 has a 353cc engine, Keeway revealed its intentions to launch a 300cc streetfighter bike earlier. So we think the upcoming bike could have a 300cc inline twin-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. If that happens, it’ll be the smallest-capacity twin-cylinder naked bike in India, a position previously held by the Benelli Leoncino 500.

While the SRK 350 gets a TFT console, the India-spec bike could miss out on it. It will mostly come shod with 17-inch alloys at both ends. Other underpinnings will probably include disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS as standard.

Given that all of Keeway’s products have been priced on the higher side, the upcoming naked could be priced that way too. We think it will come with a price tag of around Rs 3.80 (ex-showroom).
