Bajaj Auto has raised its motorcycles’ prices by up to Rs 2,000 depending upon the city and the model
Bajaj motorcycles have received an upsurge in their prices recently. The Pune-based manufacturer has increased the prices of almost all its motorcycles and buyers will now have to pay anywhere from Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,000 more over the earlier prices depending upon the city and the motorcycle model they’re are purchasing. The newprices have been updated on Bajaj’s official website and we think the hike might be thanks to the increasing prices of raw materials and cycle parts.

The price of the Dominar 400 has been hiked for the second time this year; the motorcycle has alreadyseen a hike of Rs 2,000 earlier this year and now receives a hike of Rs 1,000. In spite of the minor price hikes, the Dominar 400 still remains the most value-for-money offering at the price it is offered at and with the features it offers. It is also the most affordable motorcycle to get a slipper clutch and all-LED lights.

Bajaj retouched the Pulsar line-up while they updated all the motorcycles with BS-IV-compliant engines earlier this year and the entire Pulsar range now follows Bajaj’s so-called ‘Laser Edged’ graphics language. The Avenger range of cruiser motorcycles was facelifted two years back. The V15 and V12 takes their roots from India’s legendary warship, the INS Vikrant. Almost all the Bajaj motorcycles offered currently have received some or the other update in the past few years and hence it’s a good time for potential Bajaj customers to put their valuable money on any of the motorcycle as they will stay in the same shape for a couple of years to follow.

The updated prices for the motorcycles are as follows (ex-showroom, Delhi) -
Dominar 400 – Rs 1,39,000 (STD), Rs 1,53,001 (ABS)
Pulsar RS 200 – Rs 1,22,881 (STD), Rs 1,34,882 (ABS)

Bajaj Dominar 400 (2016-2018) User Reviews
- Dominar 400I have been riding this bike for more then 6 years and have convered over 80000 km. The ABS has saved me many times and gives me a lot of condidence on the road. The maintenance cost os very low compared to bikes like the KTM 390 and others in the same segment and its east to find spare parts anywhere in Mumbai. When I decided to purchase this bike back in 2017 it was the best value for money option available and I have never regretted that decision to this day.Read More
