Ather Energy's sales report for February 2022 is out. The Bengaluru-based electric scooter manufacturer sold 2,042 units last month, a drop from the 2,825 units in January.
Currently, Ather Energy offers the Ather 450 Plus and the Ather 450X electric scooters in India.

The units delivered in February were just a fraction of pending pre-orders, and the company says they are working with suppliers to further reduce the demand-supply gap, results of which will gradually show over the next 2-3 months. The company also stated that it has registered a year-on-year growth of 140 percent.
In related news, Ather Energy recently signed an MoU with the Karnataka government to install 1,000 charging stations across the state.
The Ather 450X is priced at Rs 1,38,006, while the more affordable variant, the Ather 450 Plus, retails for Rs 1,18,996 (effective price, ex-showroom Delhi, exclusive of insurance, registration charges and road tax).
