PULSAR THAT IS HIDDEN KING(ALWAYS UNDERESTIMATED)
Pulsar 135 ls has been my first bike.I bought it in june 2017 last year.Until now Ive ridden it for some 5700kms.When dad gave me this bike at that time I was honestly not that happy and satisfied.I was aspiring for some atleast 150cc bike. But,my father being a commuter lover and always concerned with mileage made this middle way out. That look if you want pulsar then Im not gonna give u 150 or 180.Have 135 or else ride a splendor like me for 80kmpl mileage.I being a 16 year old teenager was never gonna accept splendor atleast so eventually I went on with pulsar. In the very first month I was a new rider so I had not much idea about performance and pickup.but all thanks to my racer atti friends..they gave me a push and today im a very badass rider with dramatic control on my bike ..now interested in wheeeliies and stoppies and stuffs like that.WELL COMING BACK TO THE BIKES PERFORMANCE :You know guys this BIKE HAS BEEN MORE THAN EXPECTATION..I Myself always underestimated it in front of Apache and other bikes ..but when i took it to the highway I managed to reach 116kmph and Im pretty sure this bike has more potential. The pickup of this bike is ample enough to beat 150ccs of other brands..And being a teenage excited rider had never let any apache touch my bike in city and even on highways it rides smoothly on 100kmph without any vibration with an essence of control.i.e.TORQUE is good. The mileage was bad in initial days but now after 2 servicings its like 50kmpl in city and 60 on highway if you manage to keep yourself calm with this badass pulsar at 50-60kmph..Guya Honestly speaking it has better pickup than pulsar 150 because of its Kerb-weight ratio and aerodynamical design. At the end im more than satisfied with this bike just hope that it would have been better with a rear disc and ABS for sure..So guys whoever wants a sportsbike experience with a good mileage..Pulsar135ls is the best bike to grab:)

    My Favourite Bike
So I owned a pulsar 135ls, that was my first bike. Even with all it's flaws I still loved the bike cause it was my first. So getting to your question, I don't like writing long boring stories unless really needed so I'll try to keep this short. I loved the bike cause it was the best in it's segment when it first launched, 4V with twin spark and sharp edgy looks. But from day one I noticed that it's finish wasn't that good, in comparison to TVS at that time. I had the bike for 4 years and after the first year I started hearing rattling sounds cause the finish of the bike wasn't good at all and parts would get lose very easily and I had to get them tightened often. This continued and I started to hate Bajaj for making such low quality parts. After the 3rd year I noticed that the engine stalled sometimes and wouldn't be able to go up to its peak performance as before. Now since I sold my bike 2 years ago and it's been 6 years since I bought that bike, there have been new and updated models coming out. I was impressed with the Dominar but didn't like the fact that some of its looks are a copy. But I'm hoping that Bajaj has improved their quality in the past few years. You should take a test ride and open the throttle, see if the flow of fuel into the cylinder is controlled correctly and see it you feel any jerky motion, if you do then the cylinder is being flooded with fuel, which results in poor combustion and waste of fuel. If it doesn't which means they have improved their carburettor unit. Also take a close look at the finish of the bike, if it's not up to the mark then everything will start vibrating at high rpm’s. As for using it on long rides, Yes you can but you can't ride it at its peak rpm, it will damage the engine. I think the max you can cruise at is 90kmph. You will face lots of vibrations at higher speeds which is very uncomfortable. When I sold my bike it had done 50k. I hope this helps. Cheers.

Pulsar 135 LS is the Queen of her time
Used this bike for 10 years, its been a great journey. In 2011 it was the best in its segment with great performance as well as mileage. Even after driving it for more than 70000 kms. it kept giving me 55+ kmpl.
