- Best combo with more features and good mileage
Hello, my name is Vinod, and I'm from Lucknow. I wanted a budget bike with excellent mileage that would be affordable for my budget, as well as comfortable for long commutes, since I am a frequent traveler. The Platina 110 H-Gear came across as a great option, offering highway gear and disc brake safety. I compared Hero Splendor, Shine, and Platina, but Bajaj offered more features in the same price range. First of all, handling is very smooth and perfect for a rider like me, a very smooth ride, and the suspension absorbs potholes well. Mileage is consistently 70–75 kmpl, which is impossible to get in other bike. I was not aware of H Gear. On highways, the H-Gear makes cruising at 60–70 kmph easy. After-sales service is affordable, and parts are widely available, but I haven't come to the point where I need to find parts. Yes, for office workers, delivery boys, or anyone who needs a daily reliable commuter. Not for youngsters who want sporty performance or high-speed thrills. If you want to save fuel and have a low budget for a bike, believe me, this is the best thing you can spend money on.
1 - Worst mileage.
I specially bought Platina 110 disc BS6 model in hope of better mileage. At first the mileage I got was around 65 - 70 KMPL but later on gradually it decreased. Now it is giving me a mileage of 42 - 45 and it's pickup is disaster. While it's maintenance cost is really low and style is good as compared to other Platina models but I really feel that I have been cheated on buying this bike. I recommend others also not to prefer buying Platina 110 but discretion is advised. This is my personal opinion and I do not force anyone not to buy this Bike.
5 2 - Good Mileage
Excellent, I tell anyone to buy this motorcycle, so you can get good mileage, looks, and especially comfort.
2 2 - Value For Money
The bike is very good in this price range. It's a value for money bike. The mileage of this bike is good.
1 - Worst Quality Bike Completed 02 Years Experience
The worst quality bike for the last 3 months. Its rear tyre got half worn out. After that, the gear got stuck while moving, and the biggest thing was its engine got damaged. Now nothing can happen. I am really upset, even after taking a new bike, this is the request to all of you, do not take any Bajaj bike or else you will also get upset like this.
8 3 - Honest opinion.
Hi, my parents gifted me a Bajaj Platina 110cc I'm using it for more than 1 year I give writing my opinion for those who ready to buy Platina 110. Pros: 1.Engine: Platina producing good power and torque and it's lightweight so it's cruising easily on 60-70 its enough for city riding. For better performance, I recommended 10w 40 or 30 Motul or shell. Don't use the 20w series for Platina. I recommend changing engine oil every 3000kms for better engine life. 2.Comfortable: It comes with nitrox suspension and front long-travel suspension no words it's simply amazing. When compared to the splendor and other commuting bikes Platina suspension was good. Handlebars are upright it's very very comfortable. 3.Design: Bajaj improving features day by day for Platina even pulsar series does not. Design is good enough for commuting bikes. 4.Low maintenance: crossed more than 1 year I didn't do anything for my bike just changing engine oil and general service. 5.Price was decent rs 76,452 onroad Chennai. Cons: 1:Milege: Some people thinking Platina gives 80-90kmpl, yes but it is not suitable for 110 cc to go for 100 cc. Platina 110cc power increased but mileage decreased it gives you an average of 50-60kmpl(my riding speed 60-70) 2.Brake: Platina comes with asb system it will apply both brakes at the same time front brake bite was good but the rear brake is not working properly after cleaning the brake shoe also. 3.Quality materials. Materials are quite decent not perfect some materials are cheap quality but enough for a low-price bike. 4.Highway: Initial pickup was good but lag in high-end and whole bike get vibrate. We have to maintain 60 speed to avoid vibrations. Thanks i hope its useful.
131 8 - Some Issues With The Bike.
Recently I have purchased Platina 110h, There is some problem with the bike, there is some problem with the gearbox when you use it in the city, You have to shift to 1st gear when having some load on the bike, If you use it on Highway it will be a perfect bike for you.
16 13 - Platina Is Best
Dost Aaj Ke jamane me Bajaj Platina 110 sabse behatrin bike hai Baki bike Ke mukable. Love to Platina.
11 - Getting Mileage 75+ with h gear
Wonderful bike with pickup. Riding for 3 months. Getting mileage of 75+ after 1st service. Much satisfied.
17 8 - Super Bike
Excellent bike, this bike has new features. This bike looks smart, the seat is very comfortable. This bike is not Platina, this is actually platinum. This bike goes high speed with superb mileage. It has long seats which are good.

Bajaj Platina 110 H Gear Latest Updates
With the new financial year kicking in, the Bajaj Platina 110 H-Gear has received a price cut. The commuter offering now costs Rs 877 less and is priced at Rs 63,424. No mechanical or cosmetic changes have been made to the bike.
Bajaj Platina 110 H-Gear Price
Bajaj offers the Platina 110 H-gear Disc in one single variant. It’s priced at Rs 63,424.
Thankfully, despite the BS6 update, the Platina 110 H-Gear makes the same amount of power and torque as before: 8. 6PS at 7000rpm and 9. 81Nm at 5000rpm. The engine works alongside a 5-speed transmission, making it the only one in its segment at present to have this feature.
Another interesting feature is the gear prompter which lets the rider know when it is time to upshift or downshift to extract better fuel efficiency. The 115. 45cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine gets an electronic carburetor to keep costs in check.
Underpinnings include a telescopic fork up front and twin spring-over-spring shock absorbers at the rear. Kerb weight has been increased from 118. 5kg in the BS4 version to 122kg in the BS6 bike.
The motorcycle gets a gear position indicator in its semi-digital instrument console (a first in its segment). The console also shows the time, odometer, and tripmeter readouts apart from the regular trove of information. Its primary competitors are the TVS Radeon BS6, Splendor iSmart BS6, and Hero Passion Pro BS6. For the same price as the Platina 110 H-Gear, you can also get the Hero Splendor Plus and Hero HF Deluxe.
