Suzuki access

I would like to share one my experience, i owned access 125 from 2016 it self, even my brother and 2 of my cousin using the same vehicles, last week i went for my vehicle service at padinjarathara apco suzuki center, wayanad kerala, all my free service was over, and i did paid service and i got a 950 rs bill also,
They informed that everything was perfectly alright, i beleived them, but the next day my wheel got jammed and my back hub was brokened, i approached them back again, and they asking me for another 1000
I gave that amount and collect the back wheel hub and i did my self, if this is an experience for paid service what we expect from free services
I like suzuki access better than any other scooters but i hate these kind of incidents from your Apco suzuki
