Japanese Two-wheeler maker Yamaha's Indian arm is still waiting for Indian masses to say Yes Yamaha!. However, the bike maker is getting momentum in the Indian market and its 150cc bikes and maiden scooter Yamaha Ray helped it achieve a 14 percent increase in sales at 44,691 units in November 2012. The company had claimed 39,162 units sales in the same month last year, India Yamaha Motor said in a statement. Domestic sales during the month grew by 33 per cent at 37,347 units compared to 28,178 units in the corresponding month last year. Exports, however, declined to 7,344 units in November 2012 against 10,984 units in the same month last year, it added.
Commenting on the sales performance, India Yamaha Motor National Business Head Roy Kurian said: "The festive season did play a role in changing the market sentiment, however, due to the current economic conditions and rise in inflation, the festival season has been weak compared to last year." He attributed the rise in sales growth to "...strong product portfolio, upbeat customer confidence and new launch in the scooter segment with Yamaha Ray". Kurian said the company has been reaching out to customers through various initiatives like Yamaha Safe Riding Science Programs and R15 One Make Race Championships in order to push sales. The company is also planning to introduce the Yamaha Female Riding Training programme very soon, meant exclusively for women, India Yamaha Motor said.

Hi today I am sharing my experience on Yamaha RayZR 125 Fi Hybrid. I was worried about the scooty because I was buying my life’s first scooty and then my friends and family members suggest me this one then I took first test drive, feels fabulous and great. Very comfortable and value for money and I giving this opinion after using 1.5 months, no doubt, just go for it. Nice scooty.

Very nice bike and experience of 1 year is excellent. Agar aap isko kharidne ka soch rahe ho to badiya mast choice hai aur iski price bhi bahut kam hai. Bike ka colour bhi badiya hai aur bike ki mileage bhi aur mai to extra petrol le kar chalta hu aur light weight hai. Iska cc bhi badiya hai. Very nice bike.
3 1 - Excellent mileage
If anyone is looking for a good mileage scooter, this would be the best option you may have in market. Also go with the street rally edition because it looks very good. Yamaha has a bit expensive parts but this scooter parts are quite cheap in price which makes this good option. Overall experience with this bike is good.

The Yamaha RayZR 125 Fi Hybrid offers a 99kg lightweight frame that makes city flicking effortless. The hybrid engine provides punchy low-end torque and impressive real-world mileage of 55–65 kmpl. While sporty and agile, its LCD is basic and the under seat storage is tight for large helmets and finally good for performance.

This scooter is no less than a bike, as it has 125 cc engine and can run really fast on city roads. I am a student and it really is satisfying and sufficient for me to ride this scooter from home to my classes and college. The mileage is also superb and it does not need much maintenance cost. There is just one problem, that there is no problem.
