Yamaha Motor India recalls its family scooter- Alpha as an oil leakage issue in the engine has been found. Some units are believed to have faulty head O-ring. The company is informing the owners via text messages or phone calls for a free replacement of the respective part.
The replacement is done at almost every Yamaha workshop across the country and the customers are going to be attended on the priority basis. The process will take aprox 3 hours and scooter will be returned on the same day. So, if you are a Yamaha Alpha owner, we suggest you to take it to your nearest Yamaha workshop for a check-up.
