Upcoming Ather Konarc Electric Scooter: In New Images
The official images show the camouflaged e-scooter being ridden in the Himalayas

The Ather Konarc electric scooter will be launched on August 29, 2026. However, ahead of its launch, the brand has shared some photos of the scooter being ridden in the Himalayas.

Ather claims the Konarc was tested in temperatures ranging from -4°C to 3°C during a 60-day period. Parameters like peak vehicle performance, battery efficiency, sub-zero charging capabilities, and all-weather adaptability were checked in the tests.

The Konarc will be an affordable, family-oriented scooter, and will be positioned under the 450 and the Rizta – the latter two are also seen being tested with the Konarc. It will be based on a new EL-01 platform, which is said to be capable of supporting battery capacities ranging from 2 kWh to 5 kWh. The scooter will have a swingarm-mounted motor, derived from the one on the 450. However, it should be tuned to be much friendlier and calmer.

On that note, the scooter is expected to be quite family friendly, and here are its top 5 highlights. The Konarc is expected to be priced from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1.25 lakh (ex-showroom). It will rival other family-oriented electric scooters like the Bajaj Chetak, TVS iQube, Ampere Nexus, and the Hero Vida VX2.
