TVS Introduces Roadside Assistance For Apache RR310 Customers

The program is available for unlimited kilometres throughout the country

TVS Motors has launched its new Road Side Assistance (RSA) program for Apache RR 310 customers. This ‘Limitless Assist’ scheme offers customer with unlimited kilometres of towing and mechanical services in case the RR 310 breaks down unexpectedly. The best part: it’s free for all new Apache RR 310 owners and applicable for an entire year.

Existing owners can also avail this facility by paying just Rs 999 at select TVS Apache RR 310 dealerships. The service can be renewed every year for the same amount. The company covers mechanical checks, fuel assistance, taxi pick up and drop, lost keys, and battery issues under this programme.

The brand recently introduced a zero down payment scheme for its flagship bike, the Apache RR 310, which makes the bike more accessible for enthusiasts. Alternatively, you could also opt for a low EMI scheme of Rs 4,444 per month.

Hosur, Oct 01, 2019:  TVS Motor Company, a reputed manufacturer of two-wheelers and three-wheelers in the world, announced an exclusive ‘Limitless Assist - Road Side Assistance (RSA) program’ for its TVS Apache RR 310 customers in India.  The program will offer unlimited kilometers (towing and mechanical services) of road side assistance for an entire year to new as well as existing customers. ‘Limitless Assist – RSA’ ensures that the customers get quick and hassle-free service assistance in the event of any unexpected breakdown of the vehicle.  This program has been launched in line with the brand’s focus on continuously accentuating customer satisfaction and experience.

Effective October 2019, ‘Limitless Assist – RSA’ will be available free of cost to new customers for a period of one year which can later be renewed at an annual fee of ? 999. Existing TVS Apache RR 310 customers can avail the program of ‘Limitless Assist’ RSA at ? 999 annually.  The renewal of the program can be done through select TVS Apache RR 310 dealerships.

Being the first in its category, the ‘Limitless Assist – RSA’ offered to TVS Apache RR 310 customers will be available through a 24X7 helpline for ensuring that last mile assistance. Customer can use the dedicated toll-free number for the RSA program - 1800 258 7111.  Key services that will be offered under the program will include towing facility (in case of accidental or mechanical break-down), onsite mechanical assistance, and taxi benefit ensuring customers a hassle-free experience. Other benefits of the program include services such as tire/battery/key loss support, fuel assistance and message relay.
