Finally, TVS Motors won the battle of using twin spark plug in its TVS Flame and re-launched the bike with it, recently. Earlier, the bike was sold with just a single plug. However, it must be mentioned here that the final decision is yet to be taken to use the twin spark plug. Meanwhile, TVS motors is allowed to sell the bike with twin-spark plug. Twin spark is meant for better fuel consumption thereby increased fuel efficiency. The system has been developed with AVL Austria. According to the company statement, TVS used three valve CC-VTi engine to deliver superior performance. Interestingly, re-launched TVS Flame is the only motorcycle with three valves and twin spark plugs. This time too, the TVS Flame is available in dual tone colours of black and red. The re-launched bike is named as TVS Flame DS 125. It is priced at Rs 49,200. On the other hand, Honda Activa's waiting period is over one month. Honda Unicorn is also a popular model of the company.

It's a superb bike, but the only issue is the availability and cost of spare parts. Overall, the performance is good and comfortable. Liked it.
For 125cc engine, overall pickup and mileage, both are good. Gear transmission pattern should have been 1 down 3 up instead of all up because traffic conditions require such a pattern. I have ridden 50,000 Km since Aug 2015 and the front sprocket shaft is damaged. I need to replace it with getting the engine down. Back shock absorbers not working now.Read More

Tvs makes a loose impression from Bikers, Their is a huge list of failure models and very less quality service availability. Any manufacturer hits its own products by sales, service and fully consumer focused organisation, So here is no chance to attract the consumers with new product launches but you need to read consumers minds and their quires. TVS Phoenix is a good one- but-- but above points makes phoenix unsuccessful again in future and then TVS new Models arises ,arises, arises.. What a shit...!!!Read More
