The Hero Splendor range has yet again secured the first position on the sales chart. However, it has witnessed a decline in its monthly and year-on-year sales by around 28.12 percent and 22.50 percent respectively. Further improving its entry-level ADV, Hero has also updated the XPulse 200 which now gets a 4-valve setup, revised gear ratios, a new 45-tooth rear sprocket (7 teeth more than 2V), a 7-fin oil-cooler and three new colour options: Trail Blue, Blitz Blue and Red Raid.

Surprisingly, the Honda CB Shine has toppled Hero HF Deluxe and secured the second rank on the list. However, even here the case is the same as the sales of the commuter motorcycle has gone down by 26.35 percent and 11.42 percent compared to last month and November 2020 respectively. In related news, Honda recently launched the anniversary edition of the H'Ness CB350, which gets cosmetic updates and demands a premium of Rs 9,000 over the DLX variant.

The third bike on the list is the Hero HF Deluxe, which has witnessed a substantial decline in its sales by around 53.65 percent and 57.56 percent over last month and November 2020 respectively. Hero too has an eye on the electric segment as the brand has announced that its electric vehicle project is in its advanced stage and the EV will be manufactured at its plant in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh.

The Bajaj Pulsar and the Platina range have retained their fourth and fifth positions respectively for the last two months in a row. Like the other bikes in the list, the Pulsar range has also seen degrowth of around 28.42 percent and 40.98 percent over October 2021 and last year respectively. On the other hand, the sales of the Platina range have increased by 45.88 percent over last year and decreased by 25.89 percent over October 2021. Further, expanding its Pulsar range, Bajaj recently launched the biggest Pulsar twins, the F250 and the N250. Meanwhile, the brand was also spotted testing the next iteration of its Chetak electric scooter.
