Suzuki Motorcycle India Limited has started taking bookings for its upcoming 155cc machine- Gixxer, which was showcased at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo. As speculated, the bike will be at the dealerships in the first week of July and one can now book the bike at a tocken money of just Rs. 5000. As soon as the bike is in the showroom, the deliveries will also commence.
Suzuki Motorcycle has developed a new technology named Suzuki Eco Performance for enhancing the fuel economy and performance of its machines. The manufacturer will be incorporating the SEP into the newly designed 155cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine. The engine will be able to deliver best in class mileage along with superior power outputs. Sporting an aggressive naked street fighter look, the bike is confirmed to sport in Blue color. The muffler of the bike is very muscular and attractive with dual exhaust pipe with chrome plate.
Suzuki Gixxer will be hell of a ride as along with more power and punch, the machine will be boasting couple of attractive features like fully digital instrumentation. The instrument cluster displays speedometer, fuel level, trip meter, tachometer, etc. To make it a sound ride, the manufacturer has equipped the machine with the Telescopic suspension at the front and Mono-Shock at the rear. It is made run on the 100/80 front tyre and 140/60 tyre equipped at the rear. Unique 17-inch alloy wheels has been designed for the machine that are fitted with 240mm disc brake at the front and 130mm drum brake at the rear.

Nearly 23000km covered the 2018 BS4 model. Quality parts are good, I got an accident an year ago with a car surprised that only my leg guard bent and little scratch on a tank. The car bonet was completely has broken. Pros:- 1. Good looking (especially tank size and look) 2. Good quality 3. We can cruise at speed of 65 to 85 on highway if no crosswind (we can go further but use windshield). However, am cruising around 65 to 75 speed in most case. 4. After 1 year, my exhaust sound is better (using motul engine oil, the engine is a little more smooth). 5. Breaking confidence is super (good breaking my bike equipped with dual disc no abs). Cons:- 1. Pillion seat is not good and also back seat and height is high (only zero fig.can sit there). 2. When hard braking rider moving to tank side. 3. The service cost is a little high. So, just buy a product from an authorized center and change yourself or with a local workshop.Read More
