The Brutale 800 RR is amongst the most exclusive performance bikes to go on sale in India

  • Brutale 800 RR features a unique ‘Red, White & Blue’ livery.
  • Powered by standard bike’s 798cc triple-cylinder motor.
  • Priced at Rs 18.73 lakh (ex-showroom).
  • Limited to just five units in India.

The MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR America has been launched in India at a price of Rs 18.73 lakh (ex-showroom). As the name suggests, the Brutale 800 RR America is a special edition version of the standard Brutale 800 RR for the brand’s biggest market. Limited to just 200 units worldwide, MV Agusta has allocated only five units for India, making Brutale 800 RR America one of the most exclusive motorcycles to go on sale in India.

The new Brutale 800 RR America can be easily distinguished from the standard motorcycle by its ‘blue, white and red’ colours inspired by the American flag. Additionally, the new limited edition bike features a red saddle and an “America Special Edition” decal as well as the production serial number on the small flyscreen. Every owner will also be presented with a certificate of authenticity from MV Agusta.

Except for the cosmetic additions, no changes have been made to the bike. Powering the MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR is a 798cc triple-cylinder motor that churns out  142PS at 12,300rpm and a max torque of 87Nm at 10,100rpm. The bike employs a 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch and also features a bi-directional quickshifter. The MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR America’s pricing puts it up against premium litre-class nakeds. However, with respect to its displacement and performance, the Italian motorcycle rivals the likes of the Triumph Street Triple RS, the Yamaha MT-09 and the Ducati Monster 821.

God of Naked edition

Hats-off to Mr. Lewis Hamilton to design the beast. This shows a former F1 world champion having how much crazy and love over a motorcycle that was reflecting on every micron of MV Agusta Dragster RR. Love you sir you are the inspiration for us. Being a middle class person it is always a dream bike for me. But one day definitely I'll buy my Dragster and roar across India. Read More

If it’s about two wheels, you can’t keep Arun away from it. Reviewing two-wheelers to taking on long distance road trips to following MotoGP, he does it all. Mechanical engineer by qualification, he has always loved machines but after having got on a motorcycle, all other sorts have since taken a back seat. He is also a bit brainy; he was the western zone winner of the inaugural edition of Mahindra Auto Quotient automobile quiz contest after all. He is the go-to guy for anything on two-wheels.
