Kawasaki Ninja 650R which is the most-awaited bike in the India might be launched very soon! Bajaj Auto the distributor and partner of Japan based Kawasaki is mulling over to bring this new beast in the Indian market very soon. As speculations, this successor of Kawasaki Ninja 250R would be launched within 2-3 months by the end of this summer.
Presently Bajaj Auto is waiting for definition of new CKD plan of Indian Government and after that will launch this bike in India against Hyosung GT 650R. Hyosung GT 650R is a newly announced 650cc supersports bike in India which will be available in the price range of Rs. 4 lakh to Rs. 5 lakh. Meanwhile the Kawasaki Ninja 650R is also expected in same price range as GT 650R. So both the beasts will have strong fight with each other.
Kawasaki Ninja 650R would be launched very soon after clearance of the definition of Indian CKD plan. Because parts of the bike will be imported from Japan and will be assembled in Bajaj's Chakkan facility, Ninja 250R is also following the same system.
Kawasaki Ninja 650R is already available in overseas market from a long time, the bike is most anticipated in Indian market. The bike has same appearance and body design as it another awaited sibling Kawasaki Ninja ZX 14. It is packed with a Four-stroke, liquid-cooled, DOHC, four-valve per cylinder, parallel twin 649cc powerplant that produces top torque of 65.68 Nm at 7000 rpm.

Has comfortable ergonomics and is a balanced bike with reliability. So far engine was smooth and linear. Sporty but not aggressive and power is usable for city and highways. Longer rider are somewhat comfortable and is stable. Display and techs are basic and is slightly heavy. Braking could be sharper to some extent. Yes, I would recommend Ninja 300 for smooth, reliable and well-balanced to ride easily and still have fun on rides. - Smooth engine, strong highway performance and sporI choose this bike mainly because of its smooth engine and highway comfort. It feels very stable at high speed and gives confidence while riding. Looks are sporty and premium which I liked. In city suspension feels little stiff but I was ok with that compromise. Ride experience is mostly positive. On highways it feels planted and smooth even at higher speed. Handling is very good and cornering feels safe. Mileage is decent not too low not too high. In city traffic and bad roads you feel bumps little more. Yes I will recommend this bike to people who love riding on highways and enjoy sporty riding style.
