Honda VTR to launch in India

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, the country's largest two-wheeler producer, may launch the new Honda VTR 250 soon in India. The company has not yet officially announced the launch date and price tag of new VTR 250. It is speculated that the new Honda VTR 250 will be more fuel efficient and excellent performing motorcycle than the another leading premium bikes like Hero Honda Karizma ZMR, Bajaj Pulsar, Yamaha YZF R15, Kawasaki Ninja 250R and Bajaj Avenger 220.

HMSI is presently selling entry-level commuter motorcycles including Honda CB Twister, Honda Shine and Honda Activa (scooter). All these models are getting extremely well response from the Indian auto market. The overall performance of the company is excellent in the auto market. The new Honda VTR might be powered by a 250cc, liquid cooled, 4-stroke, DOHC, 90° V-twin engine.

The power point of this bike has been specially produced to provide peak torque at low to medium speeds and an exciting sensation of V-twin power. The all new Honda VTR 250 would be available in different shades options including Italian Red / Accurate Silver Metallic, Graphite Black / Accurate Silver Metallic and Pearl Sunbeam White / Matt Ray Silver. It is expected to be available with amazing price tag of around Rs. 150,000.
