Jawa All Stars 42 Launch Tomorrow: What To Expect
To get new colours and graphics, with no major changes to the underpinnings
Jawa Motorcycles is set to launch the All Stars 42 tomorrow. The brand has already given the All Stars treatment to the 42 FJ and 42 Bobber as part of the Strike One and Strike Two updates, and this will be Strike Three. Here’s what to expect.
What To Expect
Just like the Jawa 42 FJ and 42 Bobber, Jawa will introduce new colours and graphics to the All Stars 42. Other than that, the design is likely to remain unchanged, with a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, a single-piece seat, a round headlight, and a twin exhaust setup.
The Jawa 42 is currently available in two colours: Ivory and All Stars Black.
Mechanically, the bike is most likely to remain unchanged, retaining its 294cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine making 27.3 PS and 26.8 Nm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
The bike will continue to get a telescopic fork with twin shock absorbers, and will ride on an 18-inch wheel at the front and a 17-inch wheel at the rear. Braking duties will be handled by disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS as standard.
In terms of features, we expect the bike to come with the same circular LCD console as the 42 FJ & 42 Bobber, displaying the speedometer, tachometer, odometer, and trip meter.

The Jawa 42 is the most affordable bike in the brand’s lineup, and the All Stars update should give it a much-needed refresh. We expect it to be priced similarly to the current Jawa 42, which costs Rs 1,84,950 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and will rival the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and Royal Enfield Classic 350.
