Royal Enfield Classic 350 Stealth Black: All you need to know

If you’re not a fan of the period-correct chrome in the Classic 350, you can get the much more subtle Stealth Black shade - it’s also loaded with useful features!

The Royal Enfield Classic 350 Stealth Black is priced at Rs 2,19,423 (ex-showroom, Chennai), placing it among the pricier colours in the Classic 350 lineup. It belongs to Royal Enfield's Dark series, which trades the brighter, more traditional shades the Classic is known for in favour of a darker theme. This includes the  Gun Grey colour scheme and the Stealth Black.

A lot of fans love the Stealth Black due to its simple, subtle nature, and it first became popular with the Royal Enfield Classic 500. In fact, the Indian NSG Black Cat Commandos rode it across India to spread awareness about the security forces’ role in combating terrorism. And now, the black shade is available in the latest-gen Classic 350, and here’s a closer look:

The tank, fenders, frame, engine casing and even the exhaust pipe are all black. Usually a Royal Enfield tank has some kind of highlight - perhaps a stripe or a two-tone panel to break the visual flow. But that’s not the case here. The only thing you see on the tank is the Royal Enfield badge, and even that sits tone on tone instead of standing out, so you really have to catch the light on it to notice. It does get the tank grips on the sides, which should help in keeping your knee secured. This is available only in select colour variants.

The wheels carry the theme through too. Where some colours on this bike get contrasting rims or a bit of silver on the spokes, Stealth Black keeps the wheels black as well, so from a distance the whole motorcycle almost reads as one solid silhouette. Being the opposite of attention-seeking is all the Stealth Black is about. More importantly, the presence of alloy wheels means it gets tubeless tyres which can handle punctures much better than spoke wheels with tubed tyres.

The Stealth Black colour is worth it if you want the Classic 350's familiar shape, but in the most blacked-out colour, without even a hint of chrome. It is Rs 31,989 costlier than the cheapest variant (Redditch Red), and Rs 4,852 cheaper than the top variant, which is Emerald. While this variant is pretty feature-packed (read dual-channel ABS and alloy wheels with tubeless tyres), we would like to see Royal Enfield give spoke wheels with tubeless tyres as an aftermarket accessory. That way, those who want to make their bike even more authentically retro but in a darker shade can go for these.

Classic 350 mere liye ek comfortable aur enjoyable bike hai. Iska classic look kaafi premium lagta hai aur riding bhi smooth feel hoti hai. Long rides me comfort achha rehta hai. Pickup, handling aur exhaust sound bhi mast hain. Overall bike ka experience kaafi satisfying hai. I love to ride this bike.Read More

The royal feel and real emotion.

First of all it was dream bike, so of course once in a dream and there is no going back and also, everyone choose the brand like royal enfield, only the real men can choose royal enfield and ride it like a king. Best bike ever. Good milege even in city roads and great balancing features to ride this beast smoothly. However, someone is willing to ride in city then also it is very good bike for them, It's a quite great bike, really smooth. Because, this bike is an emotion who loves the bike should only buy this bike else, I won't recommend more. People think that to buy bike is easy yes, it is easy but to keep maintain such bikes should need some passion or josh to keep the bike run smoothly so that brand never goes off in style.Read More

👍 good reviews from my side

Good but I think Royal Enfield should work on speed and mileage and they have to work on silencer because it is mainly known for its sound. If sound is getting silent in bs6, the bullet is generally getting downgraded ratings from all customers. Royal Enfield should work on this side and overall the experience is good.Read More
