Branding has become a very important element for any product now-a-days and in a country like India, where films are the biggest passion and a movie star is the best person to endorse any brand. And that is exactly Suzuki is doing to promote their 110cc commuter bike Hayate, Bollywood star Salman Khan is the brand ambassador for the product, which is the biggest plus for Suzuki. Suzuki wants to utilize Salman's stardom and mass appeal to work in their favour and thus they organise different contests time-to-time. They organised ‘Ek tha Tiger, Ek hai Hayate’ promotion campaign on Salman's last movie Ek Tha Tiger. And now when Salman's upcoming movie Dabangg 2's release is near, they again announced such a promotion campaign called “Dabangg2 Dumdaar, Hayate Shaandar”, which is a month-long celebration, and lucky Suzuki Hayate buyers in the month of December could get a chance to meet Salman Khan. The "Dabangg2 Dumdaar, Hayate Shaandar" promotion will pick fifteen ‘lucky’ winners who will each walk away with a Suzuki Hayate. Of these, five ‘super lucky’ winners picked by a computerized random draw will also get a chance to meet Salman.

Commenting on the campaign, Anu Anamika, National Head – Marketing says, “The Hayate was the first Suzuki product endorsed by Salman Khan. His association with the brand has produced phenomenal results. Salman’s first commercial for the Hayate was inspired by the role of Chulbul Pandey in Dabangg and went on to drive high brand recall.” “We have been able to establish a core identity for the Suzuki Hayate in the mass market as a tough, dependable and robust motorcycle. The Dabangg2 Dumdaar, Hayate Shaandar campaign will be a great send-off to 2012 and an exciting start to the New Year celebrations,” she added.

An advertising campaign across print and television has been launched to promote “Dabangg2 Dumdaar, Hayate Shaandar”. Additionly, Salman Khan is a motoride cop in the movie, who rides Suzuki Hayate, he also ride Suzuki's superbike Intruder in a song of the movie being aired now-a-days. The movie is going to hit the silver screens on 21st December, and like all the Salman Khan movies, it is also expected to be a blockbuster.

Specifications

If you seek speed in low budget it's the perfect match. Styles and aerodynamics are superb and mileage is very effective on your pocket. A whooping 61 kmpl along with 95+ achieved speed, gets you anywhere quickly. Maintainance cost is also super low, just usual engine oil change and chain oils. That's a super package.Read More
