- Unofficial bookings have commenced for a token amount of Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,000.

Last month, we had reported that the BS6 version of the Vespa and Aprilia will receive a huge price increment. Now, we’ve got our hands on the official price list of the BS6-compliant models. The manufacturer has increased the price of the scooters by Rs 17,000 to Rs 21,000! We knew that BS6-compliant two-wheelers were going to be expensive, but this is a huge jump in price. For instance, the top-of-the-line BS6 Vespa VXL 150 Elegant is priced at Rs 1.31 lakh! That’s just Rs 3,300 less than the Yamaha FZ25, which retails at Rs 1,34,680 (ex-showroom Delhi). Here’s a detailed look at the price list:
As per our sources, the manufacturer has made some changes to the engines, exhaust and the cat-con to make the models BS6-compliant. We were expecting the updated scooters to get some cosmetic changes as well, but the Vespa SXL 150 -- which was spotted earlier -- looks exactly the same as the previous model. Aprilia will soon launch the updated SR 150, which will be called the SR 160. Head here for more details.

- Best scooty in budget priceVery good engine and build quality . Low maintenance scooty in budget price. Very smooth when riding and comfortable in long journey.1
- Good Scooter but less MileageAs I am riding this scooter for more than a year now, I am not much satisfied with the Mileage but runs smooth compared to other scooters.
- Not A Good OptionI bought a VXL 125 to use locally regularly. The buying process goes well. The fuel gauge indication, however, is the primary issue with the Vespa. This issue was not resolved by the service center. This issue affects all Vespa motorcycles. So look at this before purchasing the bike. Additionally, the service was poor and cost a lot more. I advise switching to a different brand and type of scooter.Read More3
- Vespa VXL has strong engineI was confused about which Vespa to take but ended up buying Vespa VXL and I am happy with it. There were two options but I bought the premium version which offers kick with electric start, along with disc brakes and drum brakes. The engine capacity is very strong and it appears bold and gives more confidence while driving. My biggest reason for buying Vespa VXL was due to modern updates and its features give a more authentic and upgraded appearance to the scooter. Plus, the fit and finish and seat cushioning add more value to the scooter. I would recommend Vespa VXLRead More
- Good fuel tank capacityThe Vespa VXL is a scooter that is notable for both its respectable fuel tank capacity and its fashionable look. The Vespa VXL has a bigger petrol tank than many other scooters in its class, enabling longer travels without the need for frequent fuel stops. Riders who routinely commute or like long-distance travel would particularly benefit from this. The Vespa VXL is more convenient and practical since it has a longer range. As a whole Vespa VXL is unquestionably an option to think about if you appreciate a large gasoline tank capacity.Read More
