To grab the number one position in Indian two wheeler market, Bajaj Auto is going to re-launch its Bajaj Boxer by Diwali. It is expected that bike will fall in price range of Rs.38,000 to 40,000. It is still doubtful that the company will bring the same 100cc version of the bike or an upgraded 150cc powerplant.

Bajaj Auto is also targeting to achieve 25 per cent market share in domestic market in this financial year. Presently the company includes 100cc to 220cc engine bikes in its stable which are getting buzz response from the Indian bikers. The all the Bajaj bikes in India pushing the sales with en-expected growth.
The two wheeler giant which is pride owner of commuter segment bikes like Bajaj Discover and entry-level sports bike model Bajaj Pulsar. Bajaj Auto has recently included one more bike-Bajaj Discover 125 in its stable which has same powerplant as Bajaj Platina 125, but appearance and features of the new baby are elegant along with impressive mileage. After launching of this value for money bike in domestic market, Mr. S. Sridhar, president, motorcycle business, Bajaj Auto said that currently Bajaj Auto has 22 per cent market share in commuter deluxe segment which is 8 per cent more than previous fiscal. And now the company hopes to achieve 25 per cent market share in this segment.
He said that Bajaj Auto is ranked at number two position in commuter deluxe bike segment after Hero Honda and upcoming two years will be very hard for all the Indian key players. Presently the company has 50 percent market share in entry-level sports bike segment and 30 per cent market share in the entry-level segment. Bajaj Auto includes popular bikes in its portfolio like Bajaj Discover 100, Bajaj Platina, Bajaj Discover 150, Bajaj Pulsar 135, Bajaj Pulsar 150, Bajaj Pulsar 180 and Bajaj Pulsar 220.

- reliable daily commuter with great mileageNeeded something dependable for daily city traffic that wouldn't eat up all petrol money. looked at a few other 150cc options but the pulsar 150 just felt like the right balance of price, low maintenance and that classic muscular look that never gets old. Honestly pretty smooth for daily running, engine has nice pickup in lower gears so overtaking in heavy trafffic is easy, getting a solid 45-50 km regularly, only slight downside is minor handle vibes past 85 kmph but for everyday city speeds, its steady and comfortable. Definitely 100 percent recommend it, if you want a reliable everyday bike with decent power and great fuel efficiency, maintenance is super cheap and spare parts are available anywhere. just a solid, no nonsense daily runner that gets the job done.Read More4
