All New Hero Xoom 125: Features Explained
The scooter gets bold and sharp design lines and will appeal to a more youthful buyers
Hero MotoCorp has launched the Xoom 125 at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The scooter is priced from Rs 86,900 (ex-showroom Delhi) and is offered in two variants: VX and ZX and is offered in four colour schemes spread across the four variants. The ZX variant gets two exclusive colour schemes.
Hereโs what the newly launched 125cc scooter gets:
The Hero Motocorpโs Xoom 125 gets all-LED lighting setup with cornering lamps and gets a fully digital LCD instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation with call and SMS alerts. The instrument cluster also shows the speedometer, odometer, trip meter, fuel gauge and instantaneous fuel economy. The Xoom 125 also gets an external fuel filling cap for the convenience of the rider. The Xoom 125 also gets a Combi-Braking system (CBS). The scooter also gets first-in-class sequential indicators and USB charging port on the front apron.

The Xoom 125 is powered by a 125cc single-cylinder engine producing 9PS and 10.4 Nm and is paired to a CVT. The scooter gets 14-inch wheels with a telescopic fork and a monoshock. It also gets a front disc brake with a drum brake at the rear. Hero has claimed the Xoom 125 to be the quickest 125cc scooter with a 0-80kmph time of 7.6 seconds. The Hero Xoom 125โs rivals are the Suzuki Access 125, Suzuki Avenis 125, TVS Ntorq 125, Aprilia SR 125 and Yamaha Ray ZR 125.

- overall good and reliable machineI chose it because it comes with 14 inches big wheel which are excellent at this price. It also has extensive and reliable service network. On top of that, it looks really very good. Mileage is good too. I have ridden it for around 2700 km. There was a slight vibration around 30-40km/h but the service center fixed it for free of cost. I ride it quite aggressively so I think that might happen. Nice experience. Yes, I brought it for 1.05k and in that price, its an excellent machine. - Good motorcycle for young peopleRecently bought this scooter for my daily use and I am a college going student in Bengaluru but bought this scooter in my hometown. Overall this is a very good scooter for this young nd energetic generation, if u are fond of Chunky design and a big road presence then it's a must go scooter. This is scooter not so suitable for family buyers as it can accommodate 2 members comfortably and the pillion seat is higher on its side so elder people can't seat that easily and even u have to compromise in boot space which is a less for carrying luggage or other things, but on terms of performance and stability it stands out. Also I am getting a better mileage with this scooter( city 40-45, highway 45-55). But breaking would have been improved in this scooter and also horn is not suitable for peak bengaluru traffic it's not loud enough. And also usb charging port would have been placed n a better side.
