    2025 Ducati Scrambler Variants Explained

    The newest Icon Dark variant gets a stealthy matte-black finish

    The Ducati Scrambler has been around for quite some time now, and has received frequent updates along with new variants. The Ducati’s Scrambler model now gets four variants with the most recent launch being that of the  new Icon Dark variant. Here’s an in detail look at all of them:

    Icon Dark

    The Icon Dark is the newest variant of the Ducati’s Scrambler, priced at Rs 9,96,700 (ex-showroom Delhi) and is offered in an all-black matte finish paint scheme. The bike gets subtle design elements with shades of black complimenting the colour scheme. It gets a gloss-black font fender, frame and also the engine cover. The Icon Dark variant is offered in a single colour scheme: Matte Black.

    Icon

    The Icon variant’s prices start at Rs 10,91,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) and is offered in three basic colour schemes: 62’ Yellow, Thrilling Black and Ducati Red. The Icon variant gets a  bright, funky look and is offered with seven colour kits for added customization. These colour kits let the buyers give a more personalized touch to the bike.

    Full Throttle

    The Full Throttle variant of the Scrambler is priced at Rs 12,60,000 (ex-showroom Delhi). It gets flat track racing inspired styling with a special Heritage livery, side number plate and comes equipped with bronze-coloured wheels too. It is also offered in a special colour scheme called Rosso GP 19/Dark Stealth.

    Nightshift

    The Nightshift variant is priced the same as Full throttle variant at Rs 12,60,000 (Ex-showroom Delhi) but distinguishes itself from other variants with design elements like bar-end mirrors, a flat handlebar and black-coloured spoke wheels. It also gets a brown-finished serrated single-piece seat for its cafe-racer look. It is offered in a single colour scheme: Nebula Blue.

    What’s Common Between The Variants?

    Engine

    The Ducati Scrambler lineup is powered by a 803cc, air-cooled, twin-cylinder engine producing 73PS and 65.2Nm. It is paired to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch and a bidirectional quickshifter that can be added as an accessory.

    Underpinnings

    The Ducati Scrambler gets 18-inch wheels wrapped in 110-section front and 180-section rear Pirelli tyres. The bike gets a 41mm Kayaba inverted fork and a preload-adjustable monoshock with 150mm of wheel travel at both ends. It is equipped with a 330mm front and a 245mm rear disc brake with dual-channel switchable ABS as standard. The Scrambler weighs 176kg (kerb) and gets a seat height of 795mm as standard with 810mm and 780mm seat height options available as accessories.

    Features

    The bike gets a 4.3-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity, all-LED lighting setup, switchable traction control system, ride-by-wire throttle, USB charging socket too. It also gets two riding modes: Road and Sport along with cornering ABS for added safety.


    Accessories

    The Ducati Scrambler is offered in a wide range of accessories to choose from: luggage, exhaust, handlebar, handgrips, mirrors, colour kits, seats, wheels and fenders. The bikes are also offered with electronic equipment such as quickshifter and an anti-theft system as accessories.
