- Great beginner bikeSmoothest suspensions and broad seat feel like sofa on wheels.great fuel economy for an 223cc and very low maintenance required can use for both city and highways but it's potential shines in highways great beginner bike and it's family friendly which makes it great option for people. 5 speed for an 223cc was an negative for this bike which result in low top speed compared to its competitors features it has was it's main draw back. But it's comfort and highways stability equals it's negatives. Rider fatigue is very low the rider feels like daisy even after 500 km trip This bike is recommended for tourers and highway cruisers great engine and chassis.its comfort which hooked me to this bike.for an long trip traveller like me, this bike is perfect even though new bikes gives way more features its raw torque makes it perfect for hills also.Read More1
- Hero Karizma ZMRIt was on the road in the year 2003, the bike with 223 CC and alloy wheels and powerful front disc. It remained one of the best sports commuters. Still, now many peoples search for old Hero Karizma R, the best bike of Hero Honda combination. After a few years, a new bike with a fully-faired version of Hero Karizma ZMR was introduced. The Hero Karizma ZMR was the first bike to have FI- engine in the Indian market. The full faired body gives us like riding Suzuki Hayabusa. It has a very detailed console which says 'hello' and 'bye' messages and a clock, average indicator, two trip meters and fully digitized meter with the accurate speedometer. The engine is powered by 20 BHP with an oil-cooled, single overhead cylinder, max torque of 6500RPM. The bike is too wide and more comfortable for both pillions. Although it doesn't have ABS, the brakes are very powerful and as you feel like ABS brakes. The only thing I would recommend is the built quality of the plastics and little vibrations in the footpegs. Overall, it best for its cost and features. Hero Karizma ZMR - "Above All".Read More1 3
- Super sports bikeThis bike performance is very good and comfortable handling and sporty style hood picks up and good mileage.1
- Something that cannot be explained in words.Yes, the Karizma series by Hero (Hero Honda then) brought a revolution to the motorcycle world in India. Being one of the first performance bikes, it made people go wow at fist glance. The first generation was a combination of beauty and power. Over the years it started to change and then finally, we were left with the new generation ZMR. But, the look to some is awful but if you ask someone who has always been in love with the Karizma instead of the Pulsar 220, will still find her beautiful. The Karizma ZMR now is one of the most comfortable bikes with a balanced power. How I know? I have owned many bikes in my life including Bullet Classic, Standard, Electra, Pulsar 200 and 220 but these were not comfortable during long rides as compared to the Karizma ZMR. (Although, Karizma R-old one is a bit more comfortable). Pros -Good Milage as compared to the engine -Comfortable for long distance riding -Good Handling Cons -Slower as compared to other bikes in the segment -Could have been a little bit refined from the engine part (Too much vibrations sometime) -The tail-light is just straight forward ugly -The could have made the looks betterRead More1 1
