ఈ కవాసకి బైక్ డిజైన్ దాదాపు దాని పెద్ద మోడల్ Z900 మాదిరిగానే ఉంటుంది

కవాసకి సంస్థ భారతదేశంలో కొత్త Z650 S బైక్‌ను రూ.7.59 లక్షల (ఎక్స్-షోరూమ్) ధరతో విడుదల చేసింది. ఈ కొత్త S వేరియంట్‌లో కంపెనీకి చెందిన Sugomi డిజైన్ శైలికి అనుగుణంగా మరింత పదునైన డిజైన్‌ను అందించారు. దీనితో పాటు కొన్ని ఫీచర్లను కూడా అప్‌డేట్ చేశారు. ఈ మోటార్‌సైకిల్ డెలివరీలు దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి.
కొత్తగా ఏమున్నాయి?
డిజైన్ విభాగంలోనే అతిపెద్ద మార్పులు చోటుచేసుకున్నాయి. పెద్ద మోడల్ అయిన Kawasaki Z900 నుంచి స్ఫూర్తి పొంది Z650 Sలో రీడిజైన్ చేసిన హెడ్‌లైట్, టెయిల్ లైట్‌లను అందించారు. కవాసకి Sugomi డిజైన్ శైలిని అనుసరించి, ఈ బైక్‌కు మరింత పదునైన, దూకుడైన రూపాన్ని కల్పించారు. ఈ మోటార్‌సైకిల్‌ను ఒకే వైట్/గ్రీన్ కలర్ ఆప్షన్‌లో అందిస్తున్నారు.
ఇందులో స్మార్ట్‌ఫోన్ కనెక్టివిటీ, టర్న్-బై-టర్న్ నావిగేషన్ సదుపాయాలతో కూడిన కొత్త 4.3 అంగుళాల TFT ఇన్‌స్ట్రుమెంట్ కన్సోల్‌ను కూడా అందించారు. ఈ బైక్‌కు క్విక్‌షిఫ్టర్‌ను ఆప్షనల్ యాక్సెసరీగా కవాసకి అందిస్తోంది. కొత్త వేరియంట్ కెర్బ్ బరువు 193 కిలోలు. ఇది స్టాండర్డ్ Z650 కంటే 5 కిలోలు ఎక్కువ.
మార్పులు లేనివి
మెకానికల్ పరంగా Z650 Sలో ఎలాంటి మార్పులు చేయలేదు. ఇందులో ఇదివరకటి 649 cc, ప్యారలల్-ట్విన్ ఇంజిన్‌నే కొనసాగించారు. ఈ ఇంజిన్ 68 PS పవర్, 64 Nm టార్క్‌ను ఉత్పత్తి చేస్తుంది. దీనిని 6-స్పీడ్ గేర్‌బాక్స్‌తో జత చేశారు.
సస్పెన్షన్ సెటప్ కూడా యథాతథంగా ఉంది. ముందు భాగంలో RSU ఫోర్క్, వెనుక భాగంలో బ్యాక్‌లింక్ మోనోషాక్‌ను అందించారు. అయితే కవాసకి బ్రేక్ డిస్కుల పరిమాణాన్ని తగ్గించింది. ముందు భాగంలో గతంలో ఉన్న 300 mm డిస్కులకు బదులుగా ఇప్పుడు 272 mm డ్యూయల్ డిస్కులను అందించారు. వెనుక బ్రేక్ డిస్క్ పరిమాణాన్ని 220 mm నుంచి 186 mmకు తగ్గించారు.

I am a huge fan of riding, and this bike delivers what almost every rider want , an aggressive approach and smooth handling. Just loved it , however, cost of maintenance and other stuff can get quiet expensive . If you are looking for an weekend kinda bike , then I'll recommend it but not for city (especially crowded cities like mumbai) where u hardly get good patch with low traffic , plus u will encounter speed breakers at the least expected place , so for everyday it's a NO.
