Triumph Motorcycles India announces two new dealerships in Chandigarh & Kolkata

Triumph Motorcycles India Private Limited has launched two new dealerships in Chandigarh and Kolkata in quick succession. With these new dealerships Triumph Motorcycles now sells in 10 cities across the country, the other eight being Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi and Mumbai. The launch of two new dealership will provide increased reach to the British brand here in the country and create an un-parallel platform to tap into the increasing demand within the fastest growing luxury and premium motorcycles industry.

The celebrated British brand also announced that they have clocked 1000 bookings across 5 model categories post the inception of its first dealership in January 2014. Triumph’s biggest success in India is its capability to provide the potential customer with a one of a kind experiential sales process followed by regular ride events hosted in operational dealerships across cities.

All of the current operational dealerships have an ultra-modern showroom integrated with an after-sales service facility featuring service bays and spare parts inventory. The design of the showrooms is based upon the global signature Triumph Motorcycles layout with consultation lounge, sales and after sales desks all being close to the display area. The dealerships also boasts of ‘Build your own Bike’, a novel concept in the premium and luxury motorcycle segment. The facilities have an array of Triumph merchandise which includes riding gear, accessories and memorabilia and bring the same international standards of sales, service, spare parts and systems to the Indian market. The staff at all the ten dealerships has been provided with intense training in management of sales, service, spare parts and business systems and customer service to ensure customers receive a best-in-class pre and post sales ownership experience across the country keeping in mind the global standards. The team is trained by experts from Hinckley and the training is carried out at the Manesar plant.
