Tork Motors Updates The Kratos R With A New Eco+ Mode
The new mode increases the electric bike’s claimed range to 150km

Tork Motors has introduced a new riding mode called Eco+ for the Tork Kratos R, enhancing its range capabilities. The new riding mode extends the claimed range of the flagship electric motorcycle to 150km. Importantly, this update is not limited to new purchases; it will also be available for existing owners of the Tork Kratos R.
In Eco+ mode, the motorcycle's top speed is capped at 35kmph, in contrast to the Sport mode's top speed of 105kmph. With this new mode, the Tork Kratos R now nears its IDC-claimed range of 180km. It's worth noting that the Eco+ mode is an addition to the existing three riding modes: Eco (120km), City (100km), and Sport (70km).
The Tork Kratos R comes equipped with a 4kWh battery and a 4.5kW motor, which is capable of delivering a peak power of 9kW. Charging the battery from 0 to 100% using a home charger takes approximately 6 to 7 hours, while a fast charger can bring it from 20% to 80% in just 60 minutes. The Tork Kratos R gets a 267mm disc brake at the front and a 220mm disc brake at the rear. Its suspension setup features a front telescopic fork and a rear monoshock.
In terms of features, the Kratos R offers a fully digital instrument console, a convenient USB charging port, and a reverse mode for added versatility. Priced at Rs 1,67,499 (ex-showroom, including subsidies and home charger), the Tork Kratos R competes with the Revolt RV400, Oben Rorr, and Hop Oxo in the Indian market.
