Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd has introduced new, dynamic dual-tone shades for its 110cc scooter- Let’s. Now it is available in four colour options, namely Matte Grey/Matte Black (AWH), Pearl Suzuki Blue No. 2/Matte Black (BAW), Pearl Mira Red/Matte Black (ARB) and Pearl Mirage White (YPA). The scooter costs around Rs 50,600 (on-road, Delhi) and it is available at all the Suzuki Dealerships across the country. Apart from the dual tome paint scheme, the Let's has also received sporty checkered flag graphics to enhance its visual appeal.

The well engineered Suzuki Let's is powered by an 112.8cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, SOHC engine. The motor is based on the SEP (Suzuki Eco Performance) technology, which promises to return a healthy fuel economy without hampering the performance of the scooter. The torquey motor delivers a peak torque of 9Nm at 6,500rpm and makes best-in-class power up to 8.7bhp at 7,500rpm. Along with these impressive performance figures, it claims to return a fuel economy up to 63kmpl.

Suzuki Let's runs on 10" steel plate type wheels, which comes with 90/100 section tubeless tyres. It comes with telescopic front forks and unit spring loaded hydraulic damper at the rear. The braking system includes a 120mm drum type unit on both the front and rear wheel. The scooter has many comfort and convenience features like shutter key lock, convenient centre stand and large under-seat storage with a mobile charger.

The little devil

I bought my Let's in July 2016 because the Activa was out of my budget. 2 years and 9000 kilometres since, it's still running great! In fact, it has gotten smoother than it was earlier. The scooter is extremely agile thanks to its small size, and also has amazing acceleration off green signals. One thing I particularly love about the Let's is its growl, rather than the whine that scooters generally have. Makes it feel more manly. The styling is also very modern and youth-oriented. Sometimes (once every few months) it has this weird engine problem where the ignition suddenly goes out and then it doesn't start for 15 mins or so. But apart from that, it's all good. The suspension also relaxes a lot after the first 6 months. Due to Suzuki's poor marketing efforts, we really don't see the Let's at all on the roads, just like the Swish before it. But I hope more people try it out, because it really is worth it.Read More
