More About The Royal Enfield Classic 650:

The Classic 650, the latest addition to the Royal Enfield’s 650cc lineup, has  the same iconic design as the best-selling Classic 350. The bike has a  teardrop shaped tank with chrome badging, a chrome head light cowl, and a comfortable seat.

The Classic 650 is powered by Royal Enfield’s 648cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine producing 47PS and 52.3Nm, paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The bike rolls on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoked wheels wrapped in 100-section front and 140-section rear MRF tyres.

The bike gets 43mm telescopic fork and Showa twin shock absorbers for its suspension setup, while the braking duties are handled by 320mm front and 300mm rear disc brakes with dual-channel ABS. The bike gets an accessible seat height of 800mm (5mm lower than the Classic 350), and weighs 243kg (kerb) the heaviest in the whole Royal Enfield line-up. The bike features an all-LED lighting, a tripper navigation pod for turn-by-turn navigation as standard along with the same semi-digital instrument cluster as that of the Classic 350.The RE Classic 650 doesn’t have any direct rivals but you can look at other options from Royal Enfield’s stable like the Super Meteor 650 or the Shotgun 650. In case you're looking for a roadster, you can find the BSA Gold Star a worthwhile alternative.

The royal Enfield classic 650

The royal Enfield classic 650 is one of those bikes that makes you stop and stare before you even turn the key. The moment you fire it up, the parallel-twin engine greets you with a smooth but deep exhaust note. Out on the roads, the bikes pulls strongly in mid-range. Cruising at 90-100 km/h feels effortless, and you can tell this machine is built to stretch its legs on highway. The 6- speed gear box shifts clean, and the assist clutch makes life a bit easier in traffic, though the lever itself is still on the heavier sideRead More
