Revolt is now planning to open dealerships in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Ahmedabad and Chennai

  • Bookings for the January-February batch have begun.
  • While the RV300 retails at Rs 84,999, the RV400 is priced at Rs 98,999.
  • The electric motorcycles can be bought via Revolt’s subscription plan as well.

Revolt has officially commenced deliveries of its electric motorcycle, the RV400, in Pune. The electric bike maker had opened the first set of showrooms in the city in October, making it the second city after Delhi where one can buy a Revolt motorcycle. While customers can pay for their motorcycle via Revolt’s subscription method, they can also purchase the bikes outright by paying the full ex-showroom price. While the RV300 retails at Rs 84,999, the RV400 is priced at Rs 98,999 (including FAME-II subsidy).

Just like most EV makers, Revolt has also chosen to launch its electric motorcycles in a phased manner. Ather Energy started this trend with the Ather 450 e-scooter and it will soon be followed by Ultraviolette and Bajaj with their respective models. After Pune, the bike maker is planning to set up dealerships in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Ahmedabad and Chennai.

The company had recently announced that the RV400 and the RV300 are sold out for this year. However, if you want one, then you better hurry up as bookings for the Jan-Feb batch are underway. But, how does India’s first all-electric motorcycle like to ride? Head here to find out. And if you want to know how Revolt’s subscription plan pans out against, say, the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, then click here
