Yesterday, on the subsidiary of the 2012 Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS unveil at Mumbai, Rajiv Bajaj, Managing Director, Bajaj Auto India, made another big communiqué that surely delights many bike admirers in India. Mr. Rajiv Bajaj officially made a statement that company will introduce Bajaj Pulsar 350 by 2013. Just like Pulsar 200 NS, the upcoming road star Pulsar 350 will also be based on KTM Duke. Accidentally, one of the KTM India's officials reveals out their plans that they are going to launch a 350 cc variant of Duke in Indian automotive industry, next year. So it is quite evident that the Pulsar 350 seems a very analytical step by the homegrown maker considering the fact that the new range of Pulsar bike claim lot of technology from KTM, especially in the mechanical department.

The upcoming Pulsar 350 will grab a chair below the KTM 350 both in terms of performance as well as price. Just like recently disclosed Pulsar 200 NS, it is expected that Bajaj Pulsar 350 will also host a tri-spark technology, which associates using three spark plugs for optimum ignition. The homegrown auto giant, Bajaj Auto, has applied for a patent for the tri-spark technology as it is the first automotive company across the globe to use three spark plugs on a single cylinder engine.

Pulsar 350 will also come equipped with a liquid cooled engine together with 4 valves. The newly wrapped off Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS shares the bottom end with the KTM Duke 200, including six speed transmission gearbox. So, it is also speculated that Pulsar 350 will also include a plethora of features of Duke 350 as well. The upcoming road star will be the flagship model of the Pulsar series from 2013.
