KTM 160 Duke Colours: Beat The Blues With Oranges!
All the colours look quite sporty, but one of them really stands out!
KTM launched the 160 Duke, a direct rival to the Yamaha MT-15 about a month ago. It is the most affordable KTM bike on sale in India, priced at Rs 1,84,998 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The baby Duke is available in three colour schemes: Electronic Orange, Atlantic Blue, Silver Metallic Matt
Electronic Orange
There’s no other colour that screams ‘KTM’ like this one. It looks bold, sharp, and is stylish enough to turn a lot of heads. This is a dual-tone paint scheme which comes with an orange-coloured tank, front headlight cowl, subframe and tail section. All the remaining panels, including the alloys, are finished in a black shade. It is perfect for someone who wants a peppy streetfighter with a not-so-subtle colour scheme.
Atlantic Blue
This one’s our personal favourite. It gets a dark blue-coloured front fender and tank shrouds with an orange graphic scheme. The headlight cowl, fuel tank and sleek tail section are finished in white. This combination makes the bike look premium while also managing to grab attention. Interestingly, this is the only colour scheme with orange-coloured alloy wheels.
Silver Metallic Matt
Here, the bike is finished in a subtle shade of silver with orange accents all over its body panels. It gets silver-coloured fuel tank shrouds and the tail section, but the front fender and headlight cowl are finished in orange. If you are someone who wants a subtle streetfighter with just the right amount of KTM genes, then this is the ideal colour scheme to go with.

Because I saw friends ride it and they had smiles I could not ignore. I heard how nimble it was how it attacked corners. I wanted that feeling. I picked it because I read about its lightweight trellis frame and sharp turn in. I test rode it felt how quickly it changes direction. That feedback made me click. Because I needed something lightweight to weave traffic safely. My old bike felt bulky, slow in response. Ducati style bikes were too expensive. The KTM 160 Duke seemed just right: light frame, strong brakes, quick steering. I saw myself riding to work, weekends and this seemed like the one that could handle all that. My experience has been exciting. It is small enough to feel nimble but powerful enough to feel alive. I enjoy cornering it pivots nicely. City rides are fun because I can dart through gaps. Over bumps there is some harshness but manageable. I am more confident now traffic is less stress. Yes I had recommend it to riders who want agility.
