As Hero and Honda departs, the Hero group is now in search of a new technological partner to assist the company with production and research work. The two famous companies were into partnership from a long time and also have attained great success all these times with Hero Honda Splendor, Hero Honda Hunk, Hero Honda Karizma, etc, but now due to some misconceptions between the two, both the companies have finally dissolved their partnership agreement. Hero Honda have been the famous and favourite of bike enthusiasts providing them with most efficient and powerful products as per their needs.
As known by one of the company official, the Hero group is soon to send an executive team for Europe tour so as to search for some of the best technological partners from there. Europe, the country possess a lot of small two wheeler companies that are efficient enough of producing the motor bikes as per Indian road's requirements. These small companies definitely are in a need of large market as the Indian Auto market where they can flourish well and can attain great success with their products.
The dissolution of two partners i.e. the Hero and Honda became successful with the sale of entire 26 percent of stake to the Indian company, the Hero, which were previously acquired by Honda at the time of partnership. Still the two companies are in agreement for technology support as per the venture that was signed in the year 2004 and is to continue up to 2014.
With this withdrawal of the two famous companies, the Hero group is left with very few options considering the development and research works. The company now is badly in need of a partner that can help it to increase its production and sales level. As per the information from reports, Hero group after this dissolution of partnership fell down in the Bombay stock exchange market by 3.2 per cent to Rs. 1,773.85 while the Honda gained a Sensex of 0.07 with the same.
Hero Honda together had been flourishing well and were known for their efficient and stylish products all over. The company had been the favourite of all, availing powerful models with unique designs to its customers.
