Hero Honda to get a new name-Hero Moto soon

It quite official that Hero group is no more in collaboration with Honda motors. Now, both the firms have given birth to a tough competition to one another. Hero Honda worked together for almost 20 years and managed to make a mark of being the best two-wheeler firm in the auto market world over.  But after the split between the two, Hero Group has applied to get its named changed to Hero Moto.

Now is the time that Hero has to make its unique individual identity. And to make its identity, the first thing that Hero opted for was the name change. The well-known two wheeler manufacturer, Hero Honda has now applied to change its name to Hero Moto. Nonetheless, the brands, which fall under this assembly, will not be changed.

Hero Group had a split in the month of December 2010. Honda had around 26% of the stake in the collaboration, which in the end they totally sold it to the Hero Group, of which the Munjal family have possession of.

As per the concerned administrators, the whole process of the name change will take few months. Up till now, there have been no updates regarding the name change procedure. Earlier, when the two companies were together, they actually gave the Indian buyers some of the best bikes, which were not only stylish but delivered stunning performances. These bikes included, Hero Honda Hunk, Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme, Hero Honda Karizma and many more.

But now, if Hero Group is successful in getting its name change to Hero Moto, you should now be habitual of hearing Hero Moto Hunk, Hero Moto CBZ Xtreme and so on. It is however pretty sure that Hero Moto will still maintain its standard by delivering super cool bikes, which are fuel efficient, stylish and economical. So get ready to bid good bye to Hero Honda and say hello to Hero Moto!
