The Triumph-Bajaj scrambler has been spotted testing in India, once again! While the bike was seen with a tank bag and tail bag the last time, the test mule had a Triumph top-box, tail bag as well as a saddle bag. It, hence, will likely be offered with a bunch of accessories to make it touring-friendly. We even heard it and it sounded sweet, especially at higher speeds.
The knuckle guards, double barrel exhaust and high front fender indicate this being the scrambler variant, something that was spotted testing abroad earlier this year. In fact, this test mule even sported wire-spoke wheels, something that we’ve never seen on the previous test bikes of the scrambler.

As for its engine, it’s likely to be a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, sub-500cc mill, one that should make about 35-38PS. Underpinnings will be an inverted fork and a gas-charged monoshock.
The fact that the bike has been spied without camouflage in India means it is close to production and we think it very well could be launched in the first half of 2023. A cost of around Rs 2.50 lakh (ex-showroom) is expected for the scrambler. Once here, it’ll rival the Royal Enfield Scram 411, Husqvarna Svartpilen 250 and the Yezdi Scrambler.

I like the character of the engine, it's free revving and response. The seating position is upright and relaxing. I'm 6'2 and for my height the 835mm seat is great. It's nimble and easy to maneuver as well. My ownership experience has been great so far Mileage is slightly lower than expected. Bike is giving around 24kmpl in the city and 32 kmpl on the highway if riden at 100kmph. On the maintenance front there are no major issues just regular wear and tear replacements. I would recommend this bike to someone who's looking for a fun to ride bike which is easy to handle in the city and is comfortable on long rides with the ability to handle mild offroad trails. If the character of the bike and the way it makes you feel is important, the Scrambler 400x is the bike to get.
It looks good and good for daily commute and short tours. The mileage of the bike is good .Bike is light weight which makes it easy to handle in heavy traffic. Pillion seat is comfortable for short tours. Ride is good and fine. Sometimes it lacks power in higher speeds especially at highways. Its great for daily ride and commute. The mileage is great. I had some issues with the mirror which got fixed after 1 did service. Otherwise it was a pretty fun to ride bike. Yes, absolutely i would recommend this bike to someone who wants to use it as a daily ride and want to go for short tours on it. The bike is comfortable and very beginner friendly. Finding triumph service centre can be tough if that's not an issues, one should consider this bike.
I was looking for a tall bike because I'm 6.2 feet. I want my bike to fit my lookings. Scrambler perfectly fits me. It attracted me with its looks. I explored multiple options like, Harley Davidson X440, Himalayan 450, Scram 411, Xpulse 210, Yezdi Adv. But they didn't suits me. After all confusions, watched reviews in youtube and read it. Then I confirmed this is my bike. Comfort for the rider is top notch, no back pain. Can ride 100kms easily in one stretch. Smooth like a butter. Performance is really admiring. But pillion comfort is somewhat bad. Hard and small seat. It goes very smooth till 120, after that you can feel the vibration in handle bar and wind blast. Definitely I'll recommend to the persons who are tall like me. It attracts everyone, whenever I ride the bike or park the bike, there will be atleast 3 to 5 persons look at the bike for sometimes. I got compliments on it also. But If a person is not that much, this is not for them. Height and weight they cannot manage.
Well I chose the scrambler 400x because after my first test drive I felt this is it this is perfect for me the comfort the style the looks the performance everything is amazing and I just loved it I also felt like the missing piece that's going to complete me Its great I have Rode the bike for more than 1000kms and it's going great even for everyday rides and also for long rides on weekends the comfort that it's provides is amazing, the off-road trails on it are really great. Yes I would definitely recommend the scrambler 400x to someone like me who is going to use it for his everyday ride and also who loves to travel and wants a comfortable siting posture and a great performance
I wanted a bike that feels relaxed on highways, strong enough for quick overtakes and comfortable on bad roads. The Scrambler's build quality, riding posture and stylish design made the choice easy. After riding around 10,000km, the ride has been soo much satisfying. Suspension handles rough patches well, stable handling, power delivery and mileage is decent. There is no major complaints so far Yes, I would definitely recommend it to riders looking for a premium, comfortable bike for daily use and long weekend rides. It suits best for experienced riders, as it feels a bit heavy for beginners .
