Hero has also unveiled its first electric car concept!

Hero Vida Concepts Unveiled At EICMA 2025

Hero MotoCorp has unveiled some interesting looking bike and scooter concepts at EICMA 2025. Some of them look really mind-blowing, while others look like they’re ready to hit the Indian roads in just a few years down the line. Here’s a brief overview of everything we saw:

    Vida Project VxZ Concept

    Hero Vida VXZ Concept

This concept was developed in collaboration with Zero Motorcycles USA, and is a performance-oriented electric motorcycle. Judging by the only image the brand shared officially, it’s got a sporty streetfighter design, signature DRLs, a wide handlebar and beefy gold-finished inverted fork. While more details are still kept under wraps, this might just be Hero’s answer to the Ultraviolette F77 years down the line.

The teaser has also revealed a large TFT console, likely offering features such as smartphone connectivity for call/SMS alerts and navigation. The bike will roll on a 110-section front and possibly a 140/150-section rear tyre. It also gets petal discs at both ends, likely with dual-channel ABS.

    Vida Ubex Concept

This is the brand’s electric motorcycle concept, with a unique supermoto-like design. The e-bike concept looks quite aggressive, with the sharp beak-like front fender and overall slim profile.

    Hero Vida Ubex Concept

The Vida Ubex is built on a modular platform, so the battery and motor can be different, offering different levels of power and range outputs. We think the concept looks pretty cool, and would be a nice platform to build an electric bike for Indian roads.

The brand had also dropped a teaser for the same, and the working prototype can be seen with road-biased tyres and petal disc brakes. So it looks like the bike is primarily meant to be a road bike, with some capabilities to handle bad roads thanks to the long travel suspension.

    Vida Novus Lineup

The Vida Novus lineup comprises 3 models: NEX 1, NEX 2 and the NEX 3. Here’s a breakdown:

Vida NEX 1 is a portable electric scooter which is designed to be as small as a backpack. The scooter is perfect for college students to travel within their campus. The NEX 2, on the other hand, is an electric trike that's capable of leaning. But since it has three wheels, it will not fall over, so you need not worry about balancing it as much.

    Hero NEX 3 Car Unveiled

Lastly, the brand has also unveiled the NEX 3 concept, which is a small electric car. This seems somewhat similar to how Bajaj approached the Qute’s design. It’s quite surprising to see Hero working on a car. Perhaps, the NEX 3 is Hero’s vision for an affordable four-wheeler that’s compact enough for city traffic.

    Dirt.E Lineup

Last but not the least, Vida has also unveiled an electric dirtbike lineup. The best part is, it consists of two models: one for adults and one for kids!

    Hero Kids Electric Bike

The Dirt.E K3 is a kid-friendly electric dirtbike. It features three levels of adjustable suspension length and frame height, designed to ‘grow’ as the child grows. It’s meant for children with ages from 4-10. Pre-bookings for the bike have already opened, and the final production spec version will make its debut soon.

    Hero VIda Dirt E Lineup

The brand has also unveiled the Dirt.E MX7 Racing Concept, a high-performance electric dirtbike. Hero claims that this concept is built using the learnings that it had taken from its Dakar racing legacy.

None of these EVs are road-legal, and are geared more towards enthusiasts with deep pockets, who want to learn proper off-roading.
