David Beckham and Triumph Cafe Racers: A Power Packed Comeback

David Beckham, well known British soccer player is all set to feature in an upcoming short film ‘Outlaw’ along with Katherine Waterston, Cathy Moriarty and Harvey Keitel. Beckham is playing the role of trickster motorcycle stuntman who is in love with a trapeze artist. The film is made for the British brand Belstaff, the company famous for its leather jackets. As reported by sources, David Beckham stated that “I’ve had a long relation and successful relation with Belstaff and through this journey I've enjoyed a lot.” He further added that “Belstaff came to me with an idea to doing a short film, which was an easy decision to make”- reported by eonline.com



In the short film, Beckham would be seen riding the upcoming models of Triumph with water cooled engine, Bonneville and Thruxton.

Deducing from the pictures displayed, Triumph’s Bonneville and Thruxton can be seen first time with the company’s logo though these machines were spotted earlier as well. Thruxton and Bonneville are expected to get more powerful engine this time which is believed to touch 1100cc. The new engine might be revealed at the launch event of the bike which is expected to be at EICMA 2015 at Milan.



Pictures show Beckham posing with the water cooled Triumph Thruxton which itself creates a buzz in the minds of bike enthusiasts. More details of the Triumph up-comers will be revealed as soon as the launch date is declared. The short film ‘Outlaw’ will make its debut at Belstaff’s London Fashion Week on September 21 and will be released globally at September 22.
