Royal Enfield has launched a special edition of the Classic 350 called the Gorkha Edition, priced at Rs 2,10,684 (ex-showroom). The special edition pays tribute to the Gorkha Regiment of the Indian Army and gets a unique military-inspired look.
The biggest change is the matte military green paint, which gives the Classic 350 a more rugged appearance. The side panels feature a ‘Gorkha Edition’ sticker along with the crossed Khukri symbol, associated with the Gorkha Rifles. The bike continues to feature chrome-finished engine casings and exhaust, along with chrome wire-spoke wheels. This combination gives the special edition a mix of rugged and classic styling.
Mechanically, the Classic 350 Gorkha Edition remains unchanged. It gets the same 349cc J-series single-cylinder engine as the standard Classic 350, along with the recently introduced slip-and-assist clutch. Along with this, the Gorkha Edition also gets the USB type-C fast charging port. The new special edition adds a unique identity to the Classic 350 while celebrating the legacy of the Gorkha Regiment. Good but I think Royal Enfield should work on speed and mileage and they have to work on silencer because it is mainly known for its sound.
