BREAKING: Upcoming Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 Unveiled At EICMA 2026
Enhanced cafe-racer looks, a bigger engine, and much more for the sportiest Royal Enfield bike

Royal Enfield has unveiled the upcoming Continental GT 750 at EICMA 2026. The bike carries the same basic silhouette as the GT 650 in terms of the design, but gets a bigger engine. The brand has given it a 750 cc parallel-twin motor which should make the sportiest Royal Enfield bike even sportier. However the detailed specificatons are not out yet. The brand also showcased the all-new Himalayan 750 at EICMA 2026.
Engine

Both, the new Royal Enfield Himalayan 750, and the Continental GT 750 use the same 743 cc parallel-twin engine that produces 55 PS and 63 Nm in the Himalayan. However the brand has not released the specifications of the GT 750. The engine will be paired to a 6-speed gearbox, along with a slip and assist clutch.
Underpinnings

The new Continental GT 750 is expected to use the same frame as the older GT 650, but the brand has tweaked it a little to work with the bigger engine. The bike still uses conventional telescopic fork and twin rear shock absorbers (non gas-charged). It runs on 18-inch wheels at both ends (alloys and spokes depending on the variant), but now gets a wider 110-section front and a 140-section rear tyre. The biggest update here can be seen in terms of the braking hardware, same as the Himalayan 750, the GT 750 too uses a twin disc setup at the front, and a single disc at the rear.
Features

Royal Enfield has tried to maintain the old-school charm of the GT 750 and kept the features list quite minimal. The GT 750 uses a new twin-pod instrument cluster, which looks slightly different than on the GT 650. For safety, Royal Enfield has given this bike dual channel ABS.
Design

The bike still looks properly retro, and the basic silhouette is the same as before. However, the new sporty fairing adds a lot more character to the bike, and it does look quite tempting. It gets a metal fuel tank which looks similar as on the GT 650, while the side panels are same as on the Bear 650 with the race plate on both sides. Other than this, the tail section looks similar to the GT 650, but the indicators are now round and LED. It is available in 3 colour options: Master Clean, TT Blue, and Red Line.
BikeDekho Says
The new Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 does look quite striking, and is expected to be praised by retro bike lovers. The colours too suit the overall stance of the bike, and makes it look more appealing. That said, the biggest upgrade is the new 750 cc parallel-twin engine, although the specifications are not out yet, but the bike will surely produce more power than the GT 650. This should make the sportiest Royal Enfield bike more sporty than before. The bike will be available in two variants, one with the full-fairing along with race plates on the sides and the other without the fairing and race-plates. The bike is expected to be unveiled in India at MotoVerse 2026 with all the details, and will be launched next.
