BREAKING: 2026 Kawasaki Ninja 500 Launched In India

Gets an all-new shade, but is Rs 10,000 more expensive than before

Quick Highlights:

  • Gets an all-new Lime Green Shade

  • Looks quite similar what the other Ninja models have

  • Now comes with an E20 compliant engine, but costs Rs 10,000 more

Kawasaki has launched the 2026 Ninja 500 in India, priced at Rs 5,76,000 (ex-showroom Delhi). This price makes it Rs 10,000 more expensive than the 2025 version.

For 2026, the Japanese manufacturer has given the Ninja 500 an all-new paint scheme, called Lime  Green. This shade makes the bike look more like other Ninja models, like the Ninja 300, Ninja ZX-6R, and the Ninja 650. The body gets the lime green treatment along with subtle looking dark blue, and white graphics. Other than this, the design of the bike remains unchanged.

There are no mechanical changes as well, the bike still uses the same tried and tested 451cc liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine, making 45.4PS at 9,000rpm, and 42.6Nm at 6,000rpm. However, it is now E20 compliant. It uses a steel trellis frame, with a conventional telescopic fork, and a rear monoshock. The bike runs on 17-inch alloy wheels, with a 110-section front and a 150-section rear tyre. Feature wise, the bike comes with dual channel ABS, all-LED lights, and an LCD instrument console.
