India's leading bike maker Bajaj Auto is all set to launch a new bike in the 125cc segment in partnership with KTM in the Indian market. It is expected that the new 125cc Bajaj bike will hit the Indian roads by year 2011. According to industry reports, the company will manufacture this bike at its Chakan plant near Pune. The new prospective 125cc bike will be launched in the European market by the end of this calender year.
The Indian two-wheeler giant has recently entered into an agreement with KTM, under which Bajaj will launch KTM's global portfolio bikes in the Indian market. By launching this bike in the country, the company aims to increase the number of the global portfolio vehicles in the Indian market. According to Mr. Rajiv Bajaj, MD of Bajaj Auto, From 2012 onwards, whatever vehicle the company will build would be three generation ahead of what it has today. That means not only better interiors but also new set of engines and transmissions as well, he added.
The other KTM bikes which are expected to hit the Indian market includes premium segment bikes like KTM Power Sports AG and three-wheeler passenger vehicles like RE. The RE series of passenger vehicles will mark KTM's debut in the three-wheeler segment in the Indian market.

A good commuter bike for daily use, consumer friendly and comfortable model. It was one of the legendary bike of that time comes in 125cc engine. We are still using 125cc in 2025 but when it comes to mileage convince and performance and pricing this bike has no match, it was way ahead of their time.

I have been using this vehicle for the past six years Bajaj discover 100 is perfect choice for daily usage, and this is commonly used in middle class families, the big ones doesn't get that.
I have Bajaj Discover since 100 Since 2016. I have use so much as working as a supervisor in Cement plant.This Bike is very low cost maintenance and pickup is so good.
