An all new model from the second largest two-wheeler producer, the Bajaj, is ready to once again bash the Indian roads in collaboration with one of the most famous company, KTM. The company is working hard for the launch of the Duke 125, which is declared to be released in the first quarter of the approaching year. Bajaj Automobile Limited acquires a 14.5% of stake to the Austrian company so as to enable itself to access the engine technology and also to gain a distribution network in Europe. The bike is been showcased for the first time at the Cologne, Germany this year and is planned to make its first launch in Europe, may be in March 2011 and after that is soon to visit the Indian market.

The bike developed by the Austrian bike maker in partnership of Bajaj is to be stuffed with the refreshed technologies and astonishing looks being the most impressive of its kind. The bike is a sports bike equipped with 125 cc displacement engine. The bike is to be really stylish with its aerodynamic graphics and is sure to provide its users with great speed on roads. The KTM always have been providing its users with sports and the off-road bikes with the engine capacities of 100 cc upto 1000 cc. KTM says that in collaboration with Bajaj it will get a chance to strengthen its brand name in the Indian market. Both the companies have jointly thought to develop engines with a capacity of 125 cc and 250 cc being accommodated with liquid cooling technology, as it is far better than that of the air cooling, generating more power with the same capacity. Also water is a good conductor of heat and is best suitable for warm countries like India.

Bajaj is also planning for launch of its new variant of the Bajaj Pulsar flagship model. The company reported an increase in the net profit of 69.32% by the end of the September month. Bajaj has been experiencing great success with its Pulsar variants on Indian roads and has been one of the favourite of Indian youngsters providing them complete style and speed.

Good review

A good commuter bike for daily use, consumer friendly and comfortable model. It was one of the legendary bike of that time comes in 125cc engine. We are still using 125cc in 2025 but when it comes to mileage convince and performance and pricing this bike has no match, it was way ahead of their time.
