Bajaj has updated the Pulsar RS200 in India with three new colour schemes, giving the motorcycle a fresh look. The bike now costs Rs 1,80,528 (ex-showroom), which makes it Rs 1,475 more expensive than before. Here's all you need to know.
The Bajaj Pulsar RS200 now comes in 3 striking colours: Brooklyn Black, Pearl Metallic White & Caribbean Blue, and Racing Red. All of these colour options do look quite interesting and suit the overall sporty stance of the Pulsar RS200.
Brooklyn Black
The Brooklyn Black colour scheme gets a sleek glossy black finish complemented by sharp red graphics that perfectly suit the bike's sporty design. The contrasting accents enhance its aggressive styling while giving it a premium look.
Pearl Metallic White & Caribbean Blue
The white colour complements the bike really well, while the blue accents give it a slightly premium and upmarket look. The colour is a great choice for riders who want a subtle yet sporty looking shade.
Racing Red
The Racing Red shade makes the motorcycle stand out on the road compared to other colour options and is our personal favourite as well. Along with this, it also looks quite similar to the all-red shade we got with the first-gen Pulsar RS200. Those who want their bike to look bold and aggressive can go for this shade
Apart from the new colours, the RS200 remains mechanically unchanged. It is powered by a 199.5 cc liquid-cooled engine. It produces 24.5 PS and 18.74 Nm, paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The suspension, wheels and brakes are also carried over unchanged.
Other faired 200cc alternatives include the much sportier KTM RC 200 and the upcoming Yamaha R2.

I drove it once and that was it when i realised that this is the bike, the perfect bike for me. See now it's been over 5 years since I've owned this machine. So far, so good. I've drove this bike more than 1 lakh kilometres and trust me, the punch is still there, pretty good mileage of 28-30 km, you would get service centers almost everywhere, the service and parts are affordable and easily accessible. Also the main part is the care and maintenance of the bike, and i still think the bike is absolutely perfect for the next upcoming 10 or maybe 20 years. See if you're someone who wants an all rounder bike, which the parents would also approve, this is the bike. It's a comfortable commuter, not only your ride is comfortable, the passenger, be it my mom, also sits comfortably on the bike. The riding posture and bike design is great, good for long trips and for the streets as well. It delivers great power while saving you thousands of rupees for petrol. Suspension is very good. And grip of bike is super . Back light design is amazing, Design of silencer is outstanding. Side light is so sexy. Handle of bike is very comfortable. Ground clearance is so good. Ride on this bike is superb and very comfortable. Bike is very cool for long tour. Mileage of this bike is 35 km per litre approx.
