Ather Energy has revised the price of its electric scooter. The Ather 450X is one of the fastest electric scooters that you can buy right now in the country. In June last year, the Ather 450X had received a subsidy under the government's FAME II policy which had made it quite affordable. However, now if you are planning to buy one, here's how much more you'll have to shell out.
As you can see, the price of the Ather 450X has gone up in Bengaluru, New Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad and the company says that this hike is due to the rise in input costs and logistic expenses. However, the good part is the fact that the price of the electric scooter has been slashed by a substantial margin in Mumbai and Pune.

The Ather 450X is powered by a 2.9KWh Lithium-Ion battery that takes 5 hours and 45 minutes to fully charge via a home charger. This battery pack lends the electric scooter a claimed range of 85km in eco mode. The Ather 450X is offered with features such as all-LED lights, a 7-inch TFT touchscreen with navigation and reverse mode. The electric scooter competes with the Ola S1 Pro, Simple One, and the TVS iQube.
