Aprilia RS 457 India Launch Tomorrow

It will be the first made in India Aprilia bike
Aprilia India took to social media to confirm that they will launch the much anticipated Aprilia RS 457 on 8th December (tomorrow), at India Bike Week (IBW) 2023. This comes after the recent teaser which hinted at the launch of the bike at IBW 2023.
The Aprilia RS 457 is a supersport offering from the Italian manufacturer and it is powered by a 457cc liquid-cooled, twin cylinder engine that outputs 46.7PS at 9400rpm and 43.5Nm at 6700rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox and comes with slip-and-assist clutch.
Features wise, the bike comes with a 5-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity as an optional add-on, ride-by-wire, 3 riding modes and 3-levels of traction control.
The bike will be manufactured at Aprilia’s Baramati plant making it the first made in India Aprilia motorcycle, but even then we don’t expect a competitive price as the RS 457 is still a premium Italian supersport that comes with an impressive spec sheet. We expect it to be priced at an ex-showroom price of Rs 4.25 lakh.
The Aprilia RS 457 will take on other 300-400cc motorcycles like the KTM RC390, Kawasaki Ninja 400 and the upcoming Yamaha R3 which will be launched on 15th December.
