It gets a price hike over the previous model, but remains unchanged otherwise

    Quick News Highlights:

    • 2025 Kawasaki Eliminator launched at Rs 5.76 lakh (ex-showroom)

    • It gets a price increase of Rs 14,000 from before

    • It retains the same components and features as its predecessor

Kawasaki has launched the 2025 edition of its Eliminator cruiser bike in India, with a price tag of Rs 5,76,000. This is a price hike of Rs 14,000 compared to its previous model, which cost Rs 5.62 lakh (all prices ex-showroom).

    Design

The 2025 Kawasaki Eliminator retains its low-slung, cruiser design as its predecessor, with no updates or changes. The motorcycle continues to be available only in a single colour option: Metallic Flat Spark Black. While the overall design is simple and loveable, the side portion could’ve been cleaner, especially the wiring and the engine plumbing.

    Engine

The bike is powered by the same 451cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine as before. It makes 45PS at 9,000rpm, 42.6Nm at 7,500rpm, and comes paired to a six-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. This motor is also shared with the Ninja 500.

    Underpinnings

The Kawasaki Eliminator has a trellis frame suspended by a telescopic fork with 120mm of wheel travel and dual rear shocks with 90mm of travel. It has an accessible seat height of 735mm, a not-so-impressive 150mm of ground clearance, and the kerb weight is 176kg. The bike rides on an 18-inch wheel with a 130-section tyre at the front, and a 16-inch, 150 at the rear. It gets a 310mm front and a 240mm rear disc, with dual-piston callipers at both ends and dual-channel ABS.

    Features

This bike comes with a round, full digital LCD instrument console. It displays information like the odometer, tachometer, gear position indicator, fuel gauge, trip meters, and a clock. Smartphone connectivity is present as well, and accessed via Kawasaki's 'Rideology' mobile app. That said, there’s no navigation. There are no riding modes or traction control features either. You get a proper analogue riding experience with this 450cc cruiser. While it has a low seat height and a laid-back riding posture, Kawasaki also offers customers to fine-tune their riding posture according to their height with several optional parts including handlebars, footpegs and the seat.

    BikeDekho Says

Kawasaki could’ve offered a TFT screen with navigation, only then the premium for the 2025 would’ve been justified. The Kawasaki Eliminator is the only option for riders who want a sub-500cc cruiser with trademark Japanese engineering. However, if you’re looking for a premium cruiser experience at a more affordable price point, the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 will offer you much better value for money.

      Bike proformance
Awesome bike proformance, excellent quality and the amazing part was pick up. I like this fully black loaded bike. The pilot seat is comfortable and at perfect height for a 5.5 foot to 6 foot guy. Coming to the price part if your budget is between 5 lakhs to 7 lakhs this will be a perfect match for your daily ride.

Cruising in Style: My Personal Journey
Having recently had the pleasure of riding the Kawasaki Eliminator, I find myself compelled to share my personal experience with this cruiser that seamlessly blends style and performance. From the moment I laid eyes on the Eliminator, its classic cruiser design with a touch of modern flair captivated my attention. The clean lines, chrome accents, and distinctive silhouette give it an undeniable presence on the road. It's a head-turner, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride every time I swung a leg over the saddle. Underneath the stylish exterior lies the heart of the Eliminator—a responsive and torquey engine that delivers a punchy performance. The 125cc engine strikes a balance between power and efficiency, making it an ideal companion for both city commutes and leisurely rides on winding roads. The nimble handling and comfortable riding position contribute to an enjoyable and confident riding experience. One of the standout features of the Eliminator is its user-friendly nature. Whether you're a seasoned rider or someone just starting in the world of cruisers, the bike's approachability is evident. The controls are intuitive, and the lightweight frame makes maneuvering through traffic or navigating tight corners a breeze. While the Eliminator may not boast the biggest engine in the cruiser market, it compensates with a fuel-efficient and reliable performance. The manageable power makes it an excellent choice for riders seeking a cruiser that strikes a balance between practicality and style. In terms of comfort, the well-padded seat and relaxed riding position make longer rides a pleasure. The Eliminator is the kind of bike that encourages you to take the scenic route, appreciating the journey as much as the destination. As with any bike, customization plays a significant role, and the Eliminator offers ample opportunities to personalize. From aftermarket exhaust systems to custom paint jobs, the bike becomes a canvas for riders to express their individuality. In conclusion, the Kawasaki Eliminator isn't just a cruiser; it's a lifestyle. It's a bike that caters to riders seeking a stylish and approachable machine without compromising on performance. My time with the Eliminator has been nothing short of delightful, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to make a statement on two wheels while enjoying a comfortable and enjoyable ride.
