A number of pictures to give you a closer look at the 2020 Hero Passion Pro

Hero MotoCorp has added yet another bike to its BS6 fleet, the 2020 Passion Pro. It comes with an all-new design, a motor that puts out a lot more torque while being more fuel-efficient than before, and tweaked underpinnings for better readability. Here are several pictures that’ll give you a closer look at the 2020 Hero Passion Pro.

From a design standpoint, the 2020 Passion Pro features a sharper front fascia, a sleeker fuel tank with new tank extensions, and dual-tone colour schemes. Thanks to these updates, the bike looks and feels a lot sportier than before.

It also features a revised analogue-digital instrument console with additional read-outs such as real-time fuel-efficiency and mileage indicator.

Other notable features like i3S idle start-stop and IBS (Integrated Braking System) will come as standard.

The seat is a slightly stepped unit, which flows into a single-piece grab rail.

The Passion Pro is powered by a BS6-compliant 110cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine. It’s been tuned to put out 9.1PS at 7500rpm and 9.79Nm (22 per cent more than before) at 5500rpm mated to a 5-speed gearbox. It’s also claimed to be 5 per cent more fuel-efficient than the outgoing model. The BS4 model, in comparison, made 9.51PS at 7500rpm and 9Nm at 5500 mated to a 4-speed transmission.

The 2020 Passion Pro gets a new diamond frame with increased suspension travel of 120mm at either end. It uses the same telescopic fork and twin shock absorber setup at the rear.

The ground clearance has been bumped to 180mm -- 15mm more than the outgoing model.

The Hero Passion Pro comes with two braking setups: - a front and disc or drum. The rear though retains its drum configuration.

The Passion Pro drum variant is priced at Rs 64,990 and the disc version at Rs 67,190 (ex-showroom Delhi). Hero MotoCorp has already started dispatching the new Passion Pro to its dealerships across India.
