Bajaj 2022 Chetak

An updated, bigger Bajaj Chetak electric scooter has recently been spotted testing. It comes with a more bulbous bodywork, a long swingarm with an integrated rear fender and motor cover. The upcoming electric scooter is likely to be more powerful and could offer better range than the current-generation Chetak. It features a trailing link front suspension and a rear shock absorber. The instrument cluster is likely to be fully digital, presumably with smartphone connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. We’ve analysed all the details of the spy shot.

The updated Bajaj Chetak electric scooter could also serve as a base for KTM’s upcoming electric scooter. Expect Bajaj to launch the updated Chetak sometime next year. It will go up against the Ather 450X, Ola S1 Pro and the Simple Energy Simple One.
